That showed up a few days ago in the GB, 3113. The handlers are out of line. They should simply have turned the lights off, left the room and left the cat alone and he (it is a young male) would have become docile and handlable.

I don't agree that the cat would necessarily have become "docile and handlable." However, to continue to provoke the cat when it was obviously upset is WAY out of line.
