A reality dating show is being filmed at an exotic resort. The cast consists of a dozen very hot young women, and a dozen ordinary guys. The women are clearly out of these guys league. I assume the contestants know they are going to be filmed everywhere, or is that kept secret from them? Well, they'd have to know based on previous episodes, right? Also, I assume that there has to be something like "Net Nanny" so kids can't watch it.

Somehow this reminds me a bit of David Cronenberg's film Videodrome, which involves a small, I guess semi-secret UHF television station that might broadcast a show like this one.

Let's see... how many TV shows are there like this already or have been like this and their names have all slipped from my mind as they weren't that import for me to remember. You know everyone of those shows, set in exotic places, are just waiting for hookups to happen and sex to be had. Not that they could show the sex, although some have but it took place under the blankets. Not that I would ever watch anything like that, just happened to see a snippet on youtube.

But the money aspect is kinda new, at least on the TV show they never advertised it, it may have been there but kept secret. Who knows what sleazy, hollywood, perverts, will do to have an audience.

Of course the show concept is not new. The idea is that these rather ordinary guys are being pursued by women way out of their league, and yet they have a motivation to resist their sexual overtures. The women are not necessarily attracted to the men and may even consider them beneath them. But they are similarly motivated by the financial incentive to get laid. The story is in the tension between the two. The game is merely the backdrop.

I am envisioning a mix between "Survivor" and "Naked and Afraid". Contestants would remove all clothing at the start of the contest and have to work together to build shelter and gather food in order to survive. Contestants might also be able to search for idols that provide an advantage and potential way around the rules. For example, if a guy ended up with a Free Blowjob idol he might choose to let one of the ladies suck his dick with the plan not to proceed farther and then play his idol after he is able to get some relief. It would be a win/win unless of course she stopped short of making him cum and then swiftly mounted him to completion.
