Real-world definition of "political correctness" vs. the Lit GB definition

Real-world definition:

...a term which denotes language, ideas, policies, and behavior seen as seeking to minimize social and institutional offense in occupational, gender, racial, cultural, sexual orientation, certain other religions, beliefs or ideologies, disability, and age-related contexts, and, as purported by the term, doing so to an excessive extent.

Lit GB definition:

That bullshit about women, minorities, and gays deserving the same rights as everyone else.

I like the term "Subservient Quadruped" when addressing one and "Quadrupedal gaggle" for the group of them.

As soon as I open the right box, I'll dig out my copy of the PC Dictionary, which is a remarkable book full of terms that were seriously proposed by people for common objects/relationships etc.

I used the PC term in a recent Post but I sense a deeper more sinister meaning than mere politeness to others or curbing yoiur tongue around children.

It is not a new concept..."The Emporer has no clothes..." but everyone was so politically correct that no one told him he was naked.

That there were both NAZI'S and Communists in polite American society during the 30's prior to world war two but no one dared utter a word of criticism.

This board and elsewhere, in The White House for example, most of the higher echelons of this administration are self announced socialists through both their words and actions. But...it is not PC to point this out.

It is not PC, but a ploy by socialists to avoid stating their basic and ultimate political goals. Nary a single person of the left on this forum has ever laid out the true socialist plan of total domination of the individual and the abolishment of private property and individual rights.

If they actually admitted that when they take power, they will come after all you own, place you in employment where they need you, pay you what they decide, tell you what hours and when you work et cetera, complete and total control of your life.

It is to me, and I have said it here, that it is a matter of life and death when these people advocate doing away with my individual rights and liberties.

They are too cowardly to clarify and too confident t hat the middle of the roaders will never really believe there are people like that, who want control for control's sake, but always with a placebo of, 'for the greater good'.

Just as every religion requires you to be, 'reborn' cleansed of all former sins, so too does the socialist offer you grace and good will if you will give up yourself, your own dreams and hopes, to their purposes.

The left are so damned smart they didn't realize they were the first on the chopping block in Post America Vietnam, as all the teachers, artists and intellectuals were put to work in the rice paddies. The same thing here and now, the constuent socialist population in this tiny microcosm of edistence are dead certain they will be welcomed into the ruling class because they spent a lifetime lying to people that surely they should get the fruit of their labor.

Not so, my furry freinds, off tot he chambers with you....and yours.
