Real people!

Ok the reason why I like posting stuff in these forums is that i'm pretty certain i'm talking to real people; as in a real woman as opposed to a teenger pretending to be a woman to wind up some guy on the net!

So any of you share my opnion, or feel the need to inform me your actually a secret agent and am hunting me down as I ype?

I think, for the most part, the people you find here are "real," however, I also think that there are plenty of people here bending the truth or even outright lying about themselves.

A great many of us are here to get something here that we're not getting offline. For many of us that something is attention, often sexual attention. Many also see nothing wrong in creating a facade behind which they hide. This is just a game to them, a fantasy life, so to speak.

Personally, I've never lied about myself here. I do "hide" behind my handle, because if people found out I hung out here, my teaching career would be in serious jeopardy.

But don't make the blanket assumption that everyone here is what they seem. That's naive and possibly dangerous.
