I took presents! Took some to my grandma too! She's staying there.. family crap. long story. That's cool your son made something.... that's always from the heart! :kiss: Hope you had good weather like we did here!

Good for you you Down!! I wouldnt have given my Mom gifts, but she is in London for a week so she has to wait til she comes home *sigh*. The weather was ok... a little cool and teasing of rain, which is just fine by me *smile*
 
My 9 yr old son and I spent part of the day at the book store. He picked out 3 chapter books and we sat at Starbucks drinking hot chocolate and white chocolate mochas while taking turns. Half way through the book we went and laid in a row boat in the kids section and read to each other somemore. If only I would have had my camera with me *smile* It was a nice today compared to the last week. Much needed.

Sounds like a really good day! Except for the weather maybe, but cool doesn't bother me. We had great weather... in the upper 70's, sunny, light breeze... So it was nice sitting on the porch with mom, sis, and grandma. My 13-month old niece was there too, so we didn't read to her, but we played alot! Hope you're having a good day sexy lady! :kiss:

Sounds like it was a really nice day DtS *smile* A porch would have been great yesterday. Or even today, it keeps teasing of rain, but alas none has fallen. I wish it would so very badly!!! *smile*

My day has been good so far! Another gorgeous day, and I have a porch myself, with a nice glider for two.... come on over! :catgrin: Sunny, in the 80's, and still a light breeze, and we're supposed to have thunderstorms later, but that's not unusual on a nice day here in Ohio! lol

Wow... sounds so nice. All I have is a big balcony off of my room to sit out and watch the sun come up or the storms... or if I lean over far enough, I can see the Mountains hehe! Still, someday I want my very own porch *smile*
