After having to sue Faux Entertainment over claims that he was a member of the FBI (thus defaming the proudly loud-mouthed insurrectionist), Ray Epps finally get what he desired.
A rare example of someone asking to be investigated for trying to overturn the Constitution.

I honestly believe Epps was a fringe insurrectionist who thought the Capitol police were "team red", and was honestly shocked by the Capitol police resisting the insurrectionist’s efforts, and the subsequent attacks on the Capitol police by his fellow insurrectionists.

Epps probably figured the coup was all set, and that it included the police and the military.

Oops.

Epps deserves to be charged for inciting the mob.
