The colours make me dizzy. The piece is in severe need of editing for grammar and homophones. The characters are cardboard cut-outs. The plot is thin.
As to the question of PG-13 status, that is a wholly subjective judgement and you will get, I expect, about 70-30 on here saying it is OK. If you ask a site where erotica is not the main aim that would probably be 30-70.

I tried to read it, but to be completely honest, all the different colors not only make it impossible to read, but gave me a headache, too.
Some of your paragraphs are a little long. In an actual print, hold-it-in-your-hand book they'd be fine, but long paragraphs on a computer monitor are really horrible on the eyes.
