The sad part about this situation. Down the road she will be the one prosecuted and treated like the criminal for this action, even though she was the victim.

Exactly my point the criminal has the rights here and she has none. The rapist should not be allowed to sue her, biut thats what a screwed up system that now exists thats to a left sided government who had reverese just about every rights issue out there.

i.e.
The criminal can sue the victim if he gets hurt by the victim.

The student can beat up the teacher but, if the teacher fights back the student can sue the teacher.

Kids can sue their parents if they don't like the way a parent treats them.

What's wrong with this picture. Authority is being removed and:
