As an ex-cop, this subject often came up in conversations in reference to the law and even now, it is controversial. So now, I ask this question in reference to erotica.....IS IT STILL A RAPE STORY IF THE SUBJECT OF THE "ATTACK" BECOMES SUBMISSIVE TO IT? I remember that I had written and submitted such a story in the past whereas the guy forced the girl into sex but the girl later became submissive to him and even pregnated. While I am not an advocate of rape, incest, beastality, and sex with a courpse type stories and you will not see me submit such stories, the rape-turned-consential subject puzzles me a little.

Interesting question...

Its been posed that rape fantasies are not about the sex so much as the control and responsibility issues. The rapist forces the sex on the victim, thereby leaving them completely free of any responsibility of the act on the emotional level. That makes the victim free to just lay back and enjoy. Don't have to participate cause you don't have to make the other person sexually excited. No performance issues, no worries about physical attraction, the fun of submission without having to voluntarily give up things like pride and dignity. Kind of like the quickie version of the slave/master business?

From what I gather, being no where near the legal profession in any way shape or form, any sexual activity after the word NO is rape.

Personally, these things do not excite me. I used to have a fantasy or two about being forced to orgasm, back when I had problems actually orgasming. But it wasn't rape, it was just not bein allowed to move and reciprocate until I came.

I am not totally sure, I mean to start off with it is a crime, but if the woman enjoys it, and likes it, then technically there is no harm done (minus vinereal disease, pregnancy, and so on).
Oh well, I guess it is one of those iffy subjects that depends on the persons opinion, and not a mass media judgement.

Remember, I am rooting for you, we are all in this together.

THAT MAY BE.........

WHY POOHLIVE, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU CARED.
One thing that I do remember in my 11 years with the police department is that a crime is not a crime until it is reported. For example, if you fail to report that your vehicle has been stolen and someone in your vehicle hits another vehicle, who do you think the cops and insurance company will come after? Therefore, it is not a crime until it is reported. That's not to say that if a woman says NO to a sexual advance, it is not rape when the guy forces sex from her. The fact is that it cannot be a ciminal rape until reported. Therefore, if the rape becomes consentual, it is no longer considered "against her will".

I have a problem with the whole non consent topic. I do not like those stories. There are things in my past which will not let me get past that initial NO!. I get very uncomfortable with the idea that "Rape" can turn into a warm fuzzy "yes I like it thing". There are people who really do not know where the line is in regards to this issue. The persistant idea that rape is about sex is disturbing. The but she/he liked it has been used by many deviants including child predators to negate their criminal actions.

I appreciate the time and effort in the stories on the board and realize that many people do find this story line erotic and enjoyable. I know most people would never mistake fantasy from reality. But I cannot dismiss my fear that others will.
