Let's share stories.

I'm quite fond of transgressive fiction, reading, and writing. However, it isn't easy to write such works and publish them here. Rapist, murderers, serial killers, and sociopaths Oh, My!
Have you read any of the City of Scum stories? Rulk is a murderer and rapist, Flower has some burning daddy issues, Scabby is a desperate outcast - and those are just the protagonists.

In the spirit of this thread, I'll recommend the other stories in the same setting by @Areala-chan, @DraegonDaddy and @Devinter. Dark, gritty sword & sorcery, just the way I like it.

A new story I've found today. Very well written, unsettling in the sense of the depressive psychological impact it creates. The author's pen name is cheesy, but this is not a new author for sure, even if the account is. The erotic part, I am not so sure about, and not because of the kinks. It felt too clinical to me, but I would love to hear other people's opinions.

The works of this Lit author are good enough that I was inspired by them and connected our Celebrity stories (Agent Dean is mentioned as representing the central character of my Passion series)-

Agent Dean also represents my most recurring female character Lisa in her acting career as per “Lisa in Hollywood”.

This is one of my favorites in recent time, as if the author. She has no issue going down some twisted paths and this is one of them.

A mother son story that reads like it could be in erotic horror but has a hint of cuckold as well, written with a deliberate vagueness to it in some ways that reminds me of old horror stories where not everything has to be explained in every way.

'Mom" has a creepy Joan Crawford vibe.

To revive this:
Logismoi and Goodbye by Daddy_Daimion are two sides of the risks that come on the heels of desire.

Logismoi is a slow ramp up in intensity, a session broken down into parts and showcased through the lens of sins committed in the process of connecting, messily, with another person just as broken as the narrator, but in a way that works as puzzle pieces slotted together. They fit each other. Need matches need at the risk of mutual destruction.

Goodbye is the other side of such a relationship that ends up fully mutually beneficial. What happens when it goes from simple fulfillment to genuine connection? Risk. Pain. Fear. They culminate into the conversation no one wants to have with someone they love. The end. Not because it's not working, but because it might be working too well, and that thought is uncomfortable for someone who likes to hurt, but doesn't like to be hurt, except by their own actions.

I read these recently and they both resonated with me to a somewhat uncomfortable degree, but in a way that was deeply fulfilling. It was exciting to read the flip side of my own thoughts and interests done in such an easy to connect with way.

one is languishing largely unread in letters and transcripts, the other is suffering in Non-erotic, not because it's poorly written, it's anything but, but because it hits a nerve that evokes strong emotions from people who have likely been on either side of this depiction of self harm with splash damage.

Check them out for an intense emotional high.

He and I connected a while back, I haven't read everything he's written, but have read Falling for a Gnoll Warrior and A Very Goblin Greeting

Sidenote: He's also really nice.
He seems like a chill dude. I dunno why, it's the vibe I get off his stories and the ANs maybe. Maybe it's the very clear overlap in our writing interests 🤷‍♀️ I've read pretty much everything, except I just noticed another anthro story, so I def need to jump on that shit.

Anyway, anyone who hasn't read his stuff, they definitely should. Especially if you're into/interested in/curious about non-human. I pointed to a couple of Kobold's stories for someone who was asking me about why people are interested in anthros, and his stuff was the first thing I could think of besides my own work for examples of good writers in the space.

Calm down, Anthy... stop geeking out. It's unseemly. 😬

So what you're saying is I shouldn't message him and direct him to this thread?

Excuse me while I quietly die of embarassment.

...I did?
Is it really surprising that an author with a niche subject matter would see praise like this and have it make their day?

we should all share the authors we love, particularly the ones with small followings or a niche style/story type.

The writer I shared only recently came back to Lit after what looked like an eight year hiatus. But the new stuff he posted is emotionally intense and well worth a read. I was floored by it. I haven't read his previous story, though, I am planning to.

Agreeing with Erozetta, I also greatly liked Logismoi when it popped up recently. But I'm a linguist, it was the Greek that hooked me at first, then I found it was very well written.
You might like Goodbye as well.

They read like they belong in order through a single relationship.

I agree, I think it's good to promote people who've really stood out to us, especially when they aren't as enormously popular as some of the big names around here. When I started my review thread, I wanted to link examples of some of the stories I'd reviewed prior so people could see what to expect, and I made sure to nudge people into checking out those authors, because they'd written good stuff and they were all newer writer who deserved some attention and eyeballs.

Heck, you know what...

Co-Op Mode: Ch. 01 by @Jaunty_Menace: For those into super geeky (with tons and tons of geek cultural references) roommate-to-lover story, featuring an anthro rabbit girl and her human roommate. Fun and sweet.
Suited For Love Ch. 01 by @easyglow: Fans of near-future sci-fi and futas, this is for you. A futa woman finds herself and her kind targetted by hateful politicians. Some really nice diversity of forms in this series, a lot of thought and creativity put into the sexual variations.
A Change of Perspective Ch. 01 by @Annabelle1990: Most of you probably know Annabelle, she's joined our little wacky AH circle. Her first story, an autobiographical story about how she found out about her husband's BF, and the relationship that developed between the three of them.
The Last Fuck by @AmbrosioMonk: You like superhero/supervillain slash? Fun short story where arch enemies' friend tries to set them up, not realizing their secret identities. Nice twist and weaving together flashbacks/forwards.
Scot's Grey Book Ch. 01 by @benfan: A beautifully illustrated and well-written Edwardian pony play story (no anthros). An Amazonian lady-in-waiting reveals her attraction to her Lady, who is similarly inclined, and as the two bond, the Lady wants to try out some pony play. Written faithful to the style of the times, a fun romp (sans sex scenes).

I reviewed and enjoyed all of them. Yes, even the purely humans ones! All authors to keep an eye on.

Speaking of well written, and wanting to expose new writers who probably haven't had much exposure, I want to recommend the sole story by lily_soft. It's very niche, a young man accidentally wetting himself on a date (and no it's not my kink), but it is just written so well as a matter of language, and so kindly in its treatment of people. It's the sort of realism and gentleness I absolutely love.
