Tonight I learned what these are and am disgusted.
Apparently coyotes will rape women and children and hang their panties in a tree as a trophy.

I am convinced this is only going to get worse.
Years ago many Amicans who lived near the border would cross all the time.
Now I know many who have not crossed in over 5 years.
Mexico needs to become a national security priority.
Screw the Afghans, Iraqis, Syrians, etc.
Time to focus on what is next to us.
