I posted this idea a week or two ago on the Story idea thread. Based on where the discussion was going it sounded like it would be a fun chain story.
So the overall concept is that a rich "philantropist" owns an island where people arrange to live out their rape fantasies. The island's owner is paid and arranges the fantasy, in return for fulfilling certain voyeuristic needs.
The victim is always given a sporting chance, and it is absolutely forbidden to kill them or severely damage them. You also can't hunt using modern weapons (sorry no tranq guns) although primitive weapons can be used (blow darts anyone?). No tracking devices and there is always a time limit, i.e. if you don't capture/rape the person within 3/7/10 days, the hunt is over.

I am finishing up an initial story that establishes the island and the hostess, and the bare story is this:
Ellen Roarke becomes rich from treasures on a hidden island. She then arranges for her abusive ex-husband to be kidnapped and dropped on the island. She hunts him down tormenting him across the island. She then uses a blowgun and a paralytic drug to incapacitate him. While he is incapable of movement, she uses IV viagra to make him erect and rapes him. A few other acts of rape will follow, before turning him into a slave (the only permanent victim on the island).
The subsequent chapters of the story I forsee being like an episode of fantasy island. Mistress Roarke dressed in white (except tight leather instead of a tropical suit) greets the guests with her sidekick Taboo (except they arrive on a "sub" instead of a plane). She goes over the basic rules to both the victim(s) and the hunter(s). The victim runs off, the hunter relaxes for an hour or two, and then the story goes from there. Keep in mind it can also be a fantasy for the victim, or even a couple wishing to spice things up.
I also think it would be cool if the second chapter deals with bringing Taboo to the island, maybe he was the first person who she decides to have fulfill his fantasy and he decides to stay.
So if you are interested in writing a chapter let me know and we can arrange a place in the chain.
A couple of things I should point out. I have never written a chain story before, so I am not positive how things should go, so advice would be appreciated.
The other thing is that I have never even thought about writing a nonconsentual story before this idea came to me. But I think it can be a rich topic, so I would encourage other writers who have never gone down this path to consider the idea.
