This is despicable. It could range from annoying to life threatening. Information technology is a vital part of modern life. The good people of the world should not have to deal with it.Is impossible to find, apprehend and execute the people who do this? The good people of the world can't have this. I think if you find and execute less than half a dozen of these pieces of shit, it would go a long way toward stopping this nonsense.

No, not everything. I just hate cowardly people who do evil things. Kidnappers. Hackers. The hackers are probably impossible to find. An organization such as the Mafia would be the perfect weapon against this. They could handle this very efficiently and leave a message to potential hackers. And I don't like the victim blaming. Companies spend too much resources on security.
