Random.

Rainy slickened streets,
My footsteps sounding dead,
Walking to where,
When you've nowhere to be.

Clinking glasses in a smoke filled room,
People talking, and people laughing,
It burns my throat as I swallow,
Can I be trying to forget.

Old songs, and sad songs,
Drift through the air,
As I stare at the glass,
Wishing I was where....

I am sad that you are sad
Livingin such drifting thoughts
My hands are too short
To holds the flowing minds
All the giggling and laughing
Was not for me
Why are you treatimg me like this
Can't you see?
Only a thin wall
I am sad

Living in the randomness of my thoughts,
My world everchanging, like that of a dream,
My hands are bound with Gordian knots,
Tied by feelings, like those in my dream.

I tried to break through your wall so thin,
Harder, and harder I tried, alas, to no avail,
I called, but there was no one home to let me in,
Blow winds of lament, wail tormented rains wail.

There are not a minutes
I lives my life without thinking of you
I am slowly breaking the thin wall
If I would have to live my life again
My love
You are the one
And only

Please
Don't push me away
For I am
Getting weaker
Each time I reaches out
Just want to get near to you

Are you as lost as I am?

There is light, the dawn breaks,
Your love rises about the horizon,
Melting the icy night of my heart,
Thawing the existence of my soul.

Hold me close now,
And hold me tight,
For all of the day,
And into the night.

Do I seem lost to you,
Wandering randomly,
Searching for anwers,
Searching for you.

When ice on the pond is three feet thick
And white snows stretches a thousand miles
My heart will still be like the pine and cypress
But your heart
What will it be?

Cool breezes
I sleep by the open window
Where the light of setting moon shines in
At midnight there are no voices
But within my gauze curtains
A pair of smiles

The fragrance comes from the scent I wear
A lovely face I wouldn't dare claim
Heaven's not deaf to a body's pleas
That's way it has brought me to you

Like the man who faced north when he meant to go south, I've lost the road... where do I go now?

Tears at evening
Not infrequent
Crying out in dreams
Much too offen
All this my nightly pillow is aware of
Other than it
There's none that knows

Flying high above the desert floor,
Waves of rising heat help him soar,
Your love is like the summer air,
Lifting me from the depths of despair.

How does one find there way,
Once they are lost and all alone,
Which direction do we take,
When love is but an unknown.

Open your soul and cry no more tears,
I am strong now, give me all of your fears,
In the dark of the night my arms to hold you,
Whispering whispers softly to you like lovers do

Clouds that drift so far and free
I'd ask to bear my message
But thier whirling shapes accept no charge
Wandering, halting, I long in vain
Those who part all meet once more
You alone send no word of reture
My shining mirror darkens with neglect
Thoughts of you are like the flowing river
When will they ever end?

Great love may seem like none at all
Wine before us
We only know that smiles won't come
The candle has a heart
It grieves at parting
In our place drips tears until the break of day

Green moss clings to the empty wall
Spiders web the four corners of the house

Her shadow races with slanting moonbeams
Her fragrance is borne on the distant breeze

She said yes when she reakkt meant no
You'd like to laugh but cry instead

A touch of red left on your lip
Trace of powder clinging here and ther

Where did you spend the night last nignt
That at dawn you brush through the dew
Returning?

Nowhere,
Is where I was, and where I am
No one,
I who I was with, only you,
Nothing,
Fills my heart, but my love,

Random,
Notes on a guitar, played slowly,
Random,
Words picked at will,

Eyes so soft, lips so sweet,
Tiger's claws,
Face so pale, hair so dark,
Ravens eyes...

Why only the music of string and flutes?
mountains and waters have clear notes of their own.
Brightest blossoms have thier fading,
The high hall is grown over with briar and thron.
Hard enough to keep one body whole;
Chill frost will clothe the grassy meadow,
The year will darken and then be gone.

Listen to the song of the wind in the birch,
Breezes tickling leaves, making them speak,
The bees singing their working songs,
Woodpeckers keeping time with their beaks.

The mist hangs heavy over the mourning lake,
Waiting for the morning sun to burn away the gloom,
Ladies in waiting, singing softly by the shores,
All waits for you, waiting for you to leave your room.

Ring of the moon
Starshine
Swept away as I watch
Midnight by lampshine
Ten years of memory
Join with the sudden rain
To pelt my heart

Life is not made for meetings
Like stars at oppsite ends of the sky we move
What night is it, then, tonight
When can we share the light of this lamp?
Youth
How long did it last?
Who would have thought?
Meeting are rare enough I say
Your steadfast love is what moves me now
The wide world coming between us again....

Flashes of light sparkling brightly,
Signs of life shining through,
Yearning and hoping for you nightly,
Inching closer each day that passes,

If we had met a lifetime ago,
Who would you see,
And who would you know,
Would my love carry?

And in our next round,
Would you remember my touch,
Would my words still sound,
Who would I love...in the next round?

If I don't go out
I'll only mope
A stroll outside might ease my mind
I alone feel no spacial joy
I start to go
And already feel depressed

Take my hand and walk with me,
Together we stroll in the light,
Leaving darkness, and despair,
To struggle in the night.

Wash away your depression,
And banish your fears,
Take hold of the love,
Wipe away your tears

Dark splendor of tresses rolled in a heavy knot
Waves of fragrance well forth from its recesses
It is transfixed with delicate arrows
On one side is a flower stem with twofold bud
Acpmb is rakishly set in the knot at he back
Words cannot describe the sweep of the eyebrows
Slender willow leaves curving above two peach blossoms
The tinkle of earrings is faintly audible
Under the small wide-armed jacket
Of clining blue-green muslin
Shows the gentle swell of the jasper bosom

Old dusty boots, worn in the soles,
And the ringing of silver Mexican spurs,
Dusty old work shirt, patches on holes,
Sweat stained hat pulled low over his eyes.

Sun tanned cheeks, and a wind burned face,
Riding through mountains, and o'er desert lands,
Looking for the womain wearing red satin lace,
Her image burned into his mind like a fresh cattle brand.

His heart races fast as he draws near,
Will he find love, the love he so craves,
The words he's longs for, hoping to hear,
To feel you arms, in a loving embrace.
