How long will the 98% of the population who is non-homosexual continue to allow this tiny fringe population to claim ownership of a universal symbol, a symbol with ancient religious significance to both Christians and Jews, and associate it with a particular form of sexual activity? It has nothing to do with sex.

When I was young, rainbows were very popular. They were widely worn on clothing, were associated with Hawaii and the tropics, and were especially popular with little girls at the time with the "rainbows and unicorns" fad in full swing.

We must take this universal symbol back for the entire population. Its got nothing to do gay sex or sex at all.

Nobody is stopping you from wearing rainbow clothes.
I wouldn't assume you were gay for wearing a rainbow shirt.
I would assume you were blind or had no fashion sense.

What about that guy that used to wear the rainbow wig in the end zones at football games to draw attention to himself and then hold up a plaque about some dude named John. What was up with that?

One more thing I never thought about and still don't. Now that purple teletubbie is still bothering me.
