We are getting more rain here than I have seen in years. I hope this means the drought is finally nearing its end.

I love to sit inside and watch it fall in sheets to the ground. I love the way it sounds on the roof and windows. I even like how it feels against my skin.

I yearn for the sun and have only seen it 2 times...and it was brief!
