What's so wrong with the guys in RATM that they can't seem to keep a lead singer?

Anyway, I heard the new cut of the Chris Cornell album and I'm impressed. Too bad they already broke up. Maybe Chuck D. will sign on next.

Or Tom Poston.

I've always kept the same opinion of Rage, no matter how many times I hear them. Great lyrics, too fucking loud.

...and still no seven song superset of Supertramp.

I'm hurt.

Ha! I played a 3 song set last month. You just weren't listening.

Casual Conversation | Supertramp

It doesn't matter what I say
You never listen anyway
Just don't know what you're looking for

Imagination's all I have
But ever then you say it's bad
Just can't see why we disagree

Casual conversations how they bore me
They go on and on endlessly
But no matter what I say
You ignore me anyway
I might as well talk in my sleep (I could weep)

You try to make me feel so small
Until there's nothing left at all
Why go on? Just hoping that we'll get along

There's no communication left between us
But is it me or you who's to blame?
There's nothing I can do, yes you're fading out of view
Don't know if I feel joy or pain

And now it's all been said
If you must leave then go ahead
Should feel sad
But I really believe that I'm glad
Yes I really believe that I'm glad

oops, sorry. wrong thread :)

You're funny.

Maybe Chris Cornell and RATM should cover "The Logical Song."

When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful,
a miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical.
And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily,
joyfully, playfully watching me.
But then they send me away to teach me how to be sensible,
logical, responsible, practical.
And they showed me a world where I could be so dependable,
clinical, intellectual, cynical.
There are times when all the world's asleep,
the questions run too deep
for such a simple man.
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned
I know it sounds absurd
but please tell me who I am.

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
liberal, fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respecable, presentable, a vegtable!

At night, when all the world's asleep,
the questions run so deep
for such a simple man.
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned
I know it sounds absurd
but please tell me who I am.

they're on my winamp right now, it's the only way I fight off Ishmael's wise words (lol). in my opinion, zack was more than half the show, the new singer would have to be just as brazen. With the current political climate, a new album would create quite the stir (fbi investigation).

Old school Rage was very tight. But I heard their new song that they have on the radio and I was not impressed at all.
