Racism in policing...

Hello you two English lovelies ❤️

I have to work closely with them and most of them are cunts. Thick cunts at that. One of my kids is joining after she finishes her degree. She is joining for all the right reasons so I’m going to have to change my view

My brother in law is a DI in Surrey. He's actually a decent bloke, but even he admits that the force is full of cunts.

And long time no see!

The first question on the Cop Exam should ask if they actually want to be a cop.
yes=fail

Tons of good cops. There are also bad cops that use the badge (and knee) to slap fuckers around they same way they did on the playground as a child bullies. I am male, white, and speak the language. Even when I get pulled over I am treated like shit. Baseline shit behavior. Add in gender, race, religion and whatever else triggers the officers and a now a secondary shit behavior is implemented.

How could it ever escalate to a cop squeezing the life out of a man? Easy.

Hello pq!!

Hello there 😘

True. My daughter who wants to join the police is studying psychology and is vehemently anti racist. Her reasons are she wants to be part of the change.

This is the point where Britain woke up.
Our own government admitted that there was an issue of institutional racism.
"Institutional" racism?

Oh ffs.
I'm experiencing a deja vu.

Your Leftists did the same when they kept making up all those boo boo stories about the new Holocaust and false arrests of Muslims and gypsies in E / SE Europe.
Only to have those lies debunked after they got invaded by criminal elements (pocket pickers and knife attackers) since EU.

I'm not saying that there isn't a problem in the US, we've all seen those lynchings.
But you guys should rather address the 1:1 arrogance of a % of Brits, of which racism against Blacks is a part too, than "institutional" racism against them.

'I feel for Blacks' and 'I apologize for my Whiteness' posturing have become so fashionable,
even Piers Morgan and well-known racists are now doing it & pointing fingers!

Even on the GB: insular and arrogant sob's like Des were posturing and pointing fingers at others, instead of looking in the mirror.

"Institutional" racism no longer exists in the UK and some other Commonwealth countries.
White and colored Immigrants and homegrown minorities receive the same wages as White Brits., laws protect them even give them an advantage and so on.

It's more of a matter of individual education and changing pockets of certain individual attitudes and arrogance.

Respect!

Those systems (military/police) are built on rank and order. Change happens slow. So fucking slow it goes in reverse. The local police should fill the ranks with the local, mentally balanced recruits. It is not a job for everybody.

Police in other countries have similar problems. (well minus the militarization and murders of civilians and cops)

But instead of targetting Blacks, the psychopaths within their midst target other stigmatized minorities, like the poor or mentally ill.

And the rank and order system and culpability also lead in places to an internal culture of bullying.
Good Police officers suffer too, at the hands of bad cops.

So it's possible for an internal culture of lefty bullying to develop... but impossible for a culture of racism to evolve...

Both the US and UK have plenty of equality laws and plenty of racist police. We don't need more laws, we need them to be implemented equally, top down.

I've been trying to figure out how the judges in both countries are appointed: in the US you got Supreme court judges appointed by political bodies and recently end up with a suspected rapist and liar. The Senate blocked the appointment of a judge when Obama was president. It's a political process pretending not to be. Is that right?

In the UK we have judges appointed from a pool of privileged individuals, who had exclusive access to universities run by old money privilege.

So in the US, voting could eventually get better judges. In the UK we'd have to abolish our class system privilege.

The fact that, like most citizens, I'm ignorant of the system is part of the problem: we get sleep-walked into the clusterfuck.

not quite, but not far off.

Both systems are flawed though. In America, the re-election of people working in the legal system benefits from high conviction rates, but is damaged by admitting mistakes. Maybe this explains having the highest prison population in the world.
Here, you can't just vote out an obvious dud, and the public has little understanding or interest in the system.

I have no idea what a better system would be though.

All coppers are bastards.

Are you wearing your Antifa clown outfit when you call your brother-in-law a bastard? Or do you limit your comments to when you're trolling a porn board showcasing your keyboard warrior talents?
