The only thing I can think is either you are using a browser with some weird configs, or you are using enhanced mode in the VB code. If nay to both, PM one of the admins like Manu...or Laurel, sounds like some sort of compatiblity problem...I am sure Draco...or however you spell his name could tell you

What browser you using, and what OS for starters?

Ok, I'm not so great with computer lingo but I think my browser is AOL and I don't have a clue what an OS is.

My vB code isn't in enchanced mode.

How do I go about contacting these people to ask for help?

Oh, there's your problem. Get 98, 2000, or XP.

(not really. Win ME shouldn't affect the AOL browser code.)

The problem most likely is aol, aol is a sucky browser. The next thing to try would be a newer version of aol depending on what version you are using now. Yes we know everyone loves aol cause it is easy to configure no ip numbers here, and no config boxes there. What you get with that ease is few options, and slow speed. I know people say the speed isn't bad, but you should try a browser sans aol, and see the difference. Abiet you probally don't have a choice you probally use aol as your ISP. When it comes to aol I draw the line at trouble shooting, their systems are sooo tweaked it is very, very difficult to make heads or tales of anything. Much else find a solution.....I say go to the how to board, and propose this same question, see if anyone can answer it.

AOL's browser is pretty sucky. But it still should let her quote.

AOL 8.0 is out now. It's nice looking.

I haven't tried many ISP's, but as far as dial-up's go, I haven't noticed AOL being any slower than the others.

Thanks for the kudos, but I know next to nothing about A-O-Hell. I'm away down south in sunny New Zealand and A-O-Hell is NOT available here. I'm not sure about its configuratin so I wont post any advice. Try Weird Harold....He'd be "Da man" to call.

OK, I do agree with the advice about Windows ME (mighty EEEWWW). it bites cheese....upgrading to 2000 or XP would be a good bet.

Can anyone tell me if you can run A-O-L thru Win Internet Explorer, or does it have to be AOL's own browser...?

AOL is just an ISP. You log on to AOL, minimize the window, then use MS IE.
