Quitting Smoking: Week One

Welcome to the club, buddy. I successfully quit smoking cigarettes after several years of struggling and glad that I did it. However, sometimes I use my vape pen to relax a bit. And I know that it can be harmful to my health, especially if I use oil for my carthridges but anyway. My friend persuades me to use smok coils because it gives him some amazing feelings. And as I read on https://www.vapetown.co.uk/collections/vaporesso-coils it gives powerful flavor with every hit which seem to be really great. I'm probably going to try that one and hoping that the flavor would be tremendous.

This is an older thread. Sadly, the OP succumbed to Covid19 as a result of smoking. RIP.

Tell me, has vaping helped you quit smoking? I'd like to hear about real experiences before I buy my vape. I read different reviews on forums. Some people write that they quit smoking but still can't go without nicotine, and some return to cigarettes after a while. I know it can be hard to switch from cigarettes to vape, but I am happy that there is a large choice in e liquids https://www.thevapecig.co.uk/e-liquid/flavours/mint-e-liquids.html and I hope these flavors will distract me. I've read that many people find it easier to kick a bad habit if they have something to focus their attention on and keep themselves interested.
