It's a difficult thing to describe. On the physical level, a woman't clit is very similar to a man's penis, so I would assume it feels similar. I don't really know how to put it into words, but there's a point when all you want to do is cum, but you want it to last forever because it just feels sooooo good. A few seconds before that actual climax, you couldn't stop if your life depended on it. Then there's the "point of no return"....I actually stop breathing for a second or two. That point, to me, is better than the actual orgasm itself. It's both a "yes, finally, I need this so badly" feeling and a "no, I don't want this to be over" feeling.

In my experience, yes there are different kinds, but Savage pretty much explained that better than I ever could.
