And the reason for that? It's 8pm here and I thought it was just a local thing, hitting Internet peak time.

It's after 3 in the morning here. Usually around the hours of 2 AM and 3 AM, the Lit site works slower than usual. I'm not sure but I think it goes through a daily server or hardware update. A few days ago, I got to the homepage but could go no further.
