Quick question about icons

Hey folks,

Just a very quick question. I recently submitted my first piece on Literotica this week.

I realised that while I knew what the numbers were, next to the titles (the mean average rating left by readers), I'm not still not quite sure what the white "H" on a red background is, and what the gold stars are. If anyone could just enlighten me.

I had a look around the FAQs, but could not find any information. Though I'd ask here instead.

Thanks.

This is from the FAQs under "Stories" from the thread "Welcome Authors. Please Read". I've had to amend it in upper case words because they aren't current.

What do the colored icons beside stories mean?

The yellow NEW's (N) denote stories which have recently been published on Literotica.com.

The red H's (H) denote stories which have received 10 or more votes from readers, and maintain an average vote of 4.5 out of 5 or better.

The yellow GREEN E's (E) denote "Editor's Choice" stories. These are pieces that we really like - just our opinion.

The green BLUE W's W are next to stories that have been chosen by readers as winners in our Monthly, Yearly, or Special contests.

In the future, we may add other icons. As we do, we'll add them to the FAQ.

Most questions can be answered by searching either in that thread or in Authors' Hangout Library Thread but there is so much information that it isn't surprising that you didn't find it.
