I realize it is illegal to post stories that involve individuals under the age of 18 engaging in sexual acts.


Does that hold true for posting on the BB as well?

If one depiction or description of sex acts by underaged participants is against the law, it is highly likely that another will be as well.

In other words, when in doubt, don't do it.

Yes. Its a matter of the owners still being liable for content. Its a purely legal matter, exercise discretion.

MissTaken, I'm about 99.9% certain it is NOT illegal to post such stories. But Laurel and Manu have established their policy that they will nor publish such stories to forestall any potential legal liability.
