the only people who knew that austin was out there at 470 on the list by the way would have most likely been writers or those who hang out on this board... does that give you a clue people....

1) You haven't proven shit. If I stuck a story under my own name up there my loyal fans would have it at the top until it sunk into oblivion, too. Happens every time.

2) Watch what you're accusing. I don't vote on your stories. I don't even read them. You don't want to have the powers that be look over the IP logs. You'll find out that there is no pattern and you have no enemies voting you down. You'll find out that the readership is judging you on a different scale than you judge yourself. Just like the rest of us.

3) New stories hit the new story list. Everyone who checks that list knew it was out there.

My stories have never pushed past 4.46

But I am always kinda really amused when they get to 4 at all.

I consider a successful story one that gets to 4 personally.

None of you guys though, would ever likely see something I was writing for the bookstore shelf. Unless you actually saw it on a bookstore shelf.

Not that I am ever looking to get published. All I have written thus far, has been for my own laughs and for those of my chat friends that might like to check out my latest ramble.

Only reason I leave voting on is because it doesn't hurt me in any way if I do.
