So I'm more than just a 'big girl.' Certifiably fat.

HOWEVER, I still got what I need. If ya know what I mean. ;)

So my question though is first of all, how do all y'all bigger girls deal with shaving etc when it comes to your bits? I generally shave, but A) I inevitably miss some and B) It's never as smooth as I would like. I would love to go to a waxer or ($$$) laser hair removal, but I hesitate because ofmy size.

What say you, sexy fat women? Have you had good experiences with aestheticians despite your size? or do you have a DIY method that leaves you babysoft? I need to know!

Thanks in advance!

The way I see it, aestheticians and laser technicians are like healthcare providers in that they've seen just about every type of person and don't care where their clients/patients come from (they're just glad the people are there, getting the services they need). So, it's likely that the only person who might be uncomfortable would be you, and you can put that to rest by reminding yourself of the above.

You might also seek out a professional who is a curvier gal herself. I know I'm more comfortable with providers (e.g., my massage therapist and chiropractor) who have some curves because they get where I'm coming from and have some different perspectives and advice than someone who might be naturally thin, for instance.

Oh, and Groupon and LivingSocial frequently have amazing deals on Brazilian Waxing/Sugaring and laser hair removal. I bet the sponsors of those specials really do see every type!

Sweeterika is very right. :) the woman who does my waxing is curvy. They see all shapes and sizes. As for not getting everything, I'm rather small and I still miss a ton of stuff. That's why I leave it to the professionals. My neck can't handle that anymore ;)

Their main consideration would be if you can get on and off the waxing table without injuring yourself. :)
