I'm not a regular visitor, but Vice makes some interesting short films. They are often raw and profane in subject matter, but it is more informative than titillating. On occasion, it is downright fascinating, such as when they did a roughly 8-part series on a biannual weapons expo in the Middle East where all your usual tinpot dictators go to buy their military hardware.
Well, this time, it hits (somewhat) closer to here. Cannibalism is brought up here and there on these boards as a big fringe topic, usually with people hollering that it is not BDSM related (I agree with this), and I do not consider this video, "Interview with a Cannibal" to be BDSM-related at all. Nothing this man, Issei Sagawa, did was consensual. It was murder and necrophilia followed by cannibalism.
So why am I posting this link? Because often times we find ourselves questioning our sanity, our morality, our sense of ethics, even our humanity in light of our somewhat darker sexual desires. I like to restrain my partner, that one over there gets off on simulated rape, this other one likes choking. This causes us to sometimes wonder what is wrong with our internal wiring.
The man in this video is wrong. His wiring is atrociously fouled. His brain is broken, and he is an abomination as a result. I am linking this video to set the range. If my brain/soul/etc is darker than my vanilla neighbors, and somehow less moral/ethical/human as a result, Issei Sagawa, whose sexual fantasies drove him to murder and cannibalism, shows that I am closer to human than I am to monster.

The video includes shots of the photos he took of the mutilated corpse of his victim, and includes some truly unpleasant imagery and discussion. If you have a sensitive temperment, I advise you to avoid the link, and satisfy your curiosity with his name and wikipedia.
