If Saddam Hussein is such a "madman" with "no regard to what happens" who might "arbitary use his WMDs at the drop of a hat". Why hasn't he done so already? Why hasn't Israel had a terrible infection rate of anthrax or smallpox? I mean, Israel's been pissing him off for years, if he's so unbalanced and insane, why hasn't he done it?

As for the Intifada... when the US sold Saddam the anthrax, it was for vaccinatory purposes... Are you saying that Saddam couldn't 1.) Influence his supposed terrorists 2.) Make a vaccine from the anthrax? Because that's a whole hell of a lot easier than making it into an inhalent.
