I guess I'd have to settle for the eventual release after a long bout of teasing.

There does get to the point of overkill with bringing a guy to the very edge. Either he's going to physically lose it totally or just quit out of mental frustration.

Blue balls is a condition we guys can get from having held an erection too long. Its painful in a way like cramps, it can last from a few minutes to upwards of a hour or more for some guys. Here is the low down on blue balls....

There is a visible sign of impending blue balls. Look for the balls to turn visibly blueish tinged.... The time will vary from man to man. But I suspect that most of us will start feeling discomfort after 20-30 minutes of non-stop, unrelieved erection.
