At 54, im leaning this way right now but on occasion, still enjoy that "marathon "fuck(last night for example with my I guess hes considered my cub hes my something if you know what I mean). I do not worry much about whether I am doing something wrong but after I orgasm, I tend to get sensitive and sleepy sometimes so him needing a lot more time is a problem for me. If I know in advance that he needs extra stimulation, I am willing to work on more foreplay that gets him ready or any other ways that may help him so that it is good for both of us.

One of the biggest obstacles to good sex is the lack of communication. Women may be a bit worse than men but it is not a big gap. I can only guess at the reasons but sometimes we just do not know what we want or need or we are afraid of offending our partner if we do know and tell him. Men probably have it a bit easier as their orgasms seem to arrive pretty simply. I think women tend to be all over the place and I know it took me a number of years to figure out what worked best for me. As a general rule, women are not taught to be sexually aggressive so initiating sex might not come easy for her.

I think sex is mostly mental so with the right build up. I think one of the best tools for a woman to use is anticipation. Set up a date and let him or her think about it all day or even a couple of days. I would think it is important that the anticipation not be a maybe but a solid we are going to get it on.
