Does circumcised vs not feel different.and is it a turn off turn on or dont care?

It does not feel different. Speaking for myself, I do not care whether or not a man is circumcised.

Nothing that I can say has been noticeable. But with most men that have not been circumcised they tend to roll back the skin as soon as play starts.

One does not feel different then the other and I'd say no real preference as long as the guy keeps it clean.
