Question for editors.

I submitted the first chapter of my story To The Wild Country (Exhibitionist & Voyeur) in .odt file format because it had italics which showed up fine when posted. Two weeks later I submitted the second chapter in the same format for the same reason but none of the italics showed up in the posted version. Why is that? It's a shame those words and passages don't have the emphasis I intended, and they deserve.

That's why most of us cut and paste into the text box. We can check the formatting before we submit the work.

In a perfect world the upload file option would work right every time, but sadly it doesn't.

You can edit the story and re upload it though.
