Question about the start of the approval process

When I submit a story, I see "X" number of "views" suddenly apprear the next day. Sometimes that number increases the next day, sometimes not. ...

This process is something of a mystery, and the "Editor" who appears to be the target of the "Editor's Forum" is a Volunteer Editor, which is a totally different species from those who approve of, or reject postings.

... 1 st. question: Are all of those views by editors who are reading my story to check for whatever it is they are supposed to be checking for? ...

Presumably.

... 2 nd. question: do they each read the story, that is; is each view a complete read? ...

Probably not, judging from the number of views before posting.

... 3 rd. question: How is it determined which, or how many editors will read a story (or poem)?...

There is a widely held view, to which I do not subscribe, that there is but one sole editor, a person known as Laurel. This has never been officially claimed or denied. Though many claim it to be true, I do not believe it, if only because of the work load involved.

Sorry I have failed to help in any way, but that is usually what happens with questions about the omnipotent, omniscient creator, be it of the Universe or of Literotica.

Don't understand what you mean by target. ... [/B]

I really mean "users". This forum is mostly where matters pertaining to the VE program are aired, including other VEs who are not on the Lit list.
