It's always a little tricky to use dual names for characters without thinking it through, but you're doing that, so you're gonna be fine, I reckon.
I had a couple of characters in one of my stories, Patricia and Lakshmi, who were called by their names by everyone, except when they spoke to each other. Then it was Trish and Shmi. People do that in real life, so that isn't a problem for readers to get their heads around.
If you're writing from Justine's perspective though, I'd think it was important to see what she was perceiving to be going on. Was he being Mark or was he being Orion at that time? Was she being Justine, or was she in the role of Scarlett?
I'd think as long as you make her perception on how things are clear to the reader, then there'll be no problems at all.
