Ok, here's what I've found, in my experience. Beer makes cum tastes bitter, as does smoking (that isn't so nice), but a lot of fruit in your diet and fruit juice (pineapple is one of the best), does make it taste sweeter. As does drinking copious amounts of tea ( ) - one for the Brits there, really.

I've never disliked the taste of cum, but that's just me. I know a lot of women dislike having the guy cum in her mouth, not because of the taste, but because of the way it can hit the back of throat, thus triggering the gag reflex. You tend to taste like what you eat so yes to fruits and juices and lay off the alcohol, animal products and garlic for a couple days. You can speed the de-tox with copious amounts of water.

As for whether or not she likes the taste of it I think it's less the taste than the idea of it and perhaps the texture. If she's sucking your dick up to the point just before you come then she's been tasting your come the whole time.
