The cervix isn't located at the absolute deepest part of the vagina, and it's located in a recess called the Fonix Vaginae that is offset towards the front so when a woman is getting fucked by a largish penis in most positions, it will rub against rather than hit the cervix. If the penis is big enough it will stretch the vagina which will put sideways pressure on the cervix rather than just smack straight into it.

Cervical biopsy is kind of on par.

I've literally glued my own finger back together after slicing a good 1" deep gouge straight down the side of my thumbnail (fully through the flesh) with barely a wince, but the cervical biopsy had me in tears and I couldn't sit for a few hours after. I hovered on the car ride home. (I later found out numbing gel was available, I just wasn't offered that as "it doesn't hurt that much, just a little uncomfortable" the fucking liar. That's kinda what a cervical biopsy feels like, and that's comparable to cervical contact in my experience. (Fun aside - both can cause bleeding!)

Pressing near the cervix, or pressing below and towards it, can feel good, like a jolting bit of electricity straight to the navel and toes. Most guys are, thankfully, not big enough to do more than put pressure well below the cervix.
