Question about any liability...

I wrote a story that appeared on the 'extreme' sight of literotica a while back. I recieved alot of feedback, and responded personally to some of it.

Since I wrote this, I am naturally curious, and I now wonder if I could get in trouble over this story? I wrote it just for fun out of a "request" for a story section of the bullitan board.

I guess what I am asking is do you have to worry about 'anyone' coming after you for writing fiction, even if it is 'extreme'? I've since turned off the feedback features in my account and stopped replying. I can't help but to wonder though.

Nope. But if it makes you feel better, talk to a lawyer. I'm sure one will turn up on this thread eventually.

You cannot be held responsible for the actions of others, one hopes. But Phillip Morris et al. and Smith and Wesson et. al. would disagree.
