Is anyone here familiar with the application "Netwatch"? If so what does it do? Thanks

There are several "Netwatch" programs.

Are you running Netscape? They have a "Netwatch" function built into their browser. It's for monitoring site acceses control ratings (so you can prevent your kids from accessing porn sites, etc..). http://wp.netscape.com/comprod/products/communicator/netwatch/

There is also a "Netwatch" network analyzer that allows you to monitor the amount of time you spend on specific sites. http://www3.marketrends.net/netwatch/home.html

There are probably several dozen other apps by the same name out there too.
