I'll agree that it implies that those who fight bigotry with bigotry are undesirable people. But that's not all it says, LT. Your own words go further than that ... "insult, degrade, stereotype and generalize." Not all insults, degrading comments, and stereotypes are bigotry. For example, calling you a liar and a moron isn't, by itself, bigotry. IF I were to say you're a liar and a moron because you're straight, then yes, that would be bigotry. What Q provided though was an excellent quote to show your attitude, and support his claim that you want gays to "take any shit that's thrown [at] us and keep quiet."

I pointed out to him that the GB was filled with threads attacking gays and that he had never risen to defend us.

I just wanted to see if he could put his money where his mouth was. Since no quote or thread materialised within twenty four hours of that request, this lack of action backed up what I already surmised. You'll find, Q, that on this board, there are a lot of people like Loving Toungue who are quick to point out the hypocrisy of others, and then turn around and do it themselves. I have sat here for two fucking years, and see a lot of double standards, and a lot of petty shit.

You can't fight them all. I put the worst of the bigots, the liars, the psychopaths, and the eternally PMSing on ignore. This does not mean I support their remarks, or that I won't challenge them from time to time because I do. I just pick my battles, and I don't like to get in on the eternal posturing of the more aggressive members of the board.
