I'm getting sick and tired of working my ass off and having someone else take the credit for it along with the rewards. I'm tired of working my fingers to the bone doing someone elses job while they play around. I want to kick someone ass...... HARD!!!!! And to top it off I just found out that even though we're the top rated department in our area, even housekeeping gets paid more then we do. This sucks.... BIG-TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I just needed to get that off my chest.

Is there anyone in your company you can complain to?

The first person in line that I should report it to is one of the ones doing it. I really can't complain too much if I want to keep my job though. And I do need it.
