Q : Boy likes girl ... Girl simply

Should Girl remain friends with Boy even tho' she has to fight off his advances every time they go out ?!?

Yes but it is disrespectful for the boy to act in this manner. And if he valued her friendship that much, he wouldnt act that way. (unless he thinks for some reason he can get away with it....even then it comes back to respect.

Is girl making it entirely clear she isnt inetersted? SOmetimes, when girl and boy are in these type situatins, girl says no in a flirtacious manner, teases boy, then complains to girl's friends that he's not getting the picture. If girl make sthe point clear and boy doesn't get the point, and girl is certain it's an honest advance (I joke with many of my girl firends (note the gap, friends and girls not girlfriends, this way--no hamr intended, just a laugh between friends), then girl and boy should part acquaintances....

Did you put him on a leash? Anyhoo, I hope you all are still friends and he respects you and your wishes. After all, sex can really screw up a friendship and I hope he realizes that the value of your comapny out weighs what he might believe to be good for him or the both of you, in a sexual manner.

Even online, I might push things, but after an utter silence, lack of responses and/or a simple "Dear Jane" I tone the level down and enjoy the convo or the person's wishes.

Girl has told Boy from the start that all she wanted was a friendship. But yet Boy thinks that he can get away with certain things. Girl gave him a chance to prove himself & he messed it up ... so Girl knows better & has told him " good bye" ... Of course Girl was nice & about the whole thing.
