Lovely new house, PG! Despite the sound proofing, we are still getting calls from the neighbors to keep it down. They like to watch but hate the noise. Quite ironic.

I'm looking forward to hearing about your building project - I'd love to do that myself, but I can just enjoy it vicariously through you!
