Guys,

What do you think of your girl's smell. Are you turned off if you guys go into an impromptu sex session at the end of a long day and she doesn't smell like roses? What about morning sex when she hasn't showered yet and morning sex when she hasn't showered yet and you guys also had sex the night before?

Every woman also smells and tastes different. In fact, one woman can smell and taste different at different times due to things like diet, menstrual phase, whatever.

Generally, I'm a supporter of keeping things clean... but one shower a day is quite enough. There is something to be said for the personal scent so long as it's not a hygiene-related one.

I cant speak for all guys but I happen to love it, even in the morning before the shower, I dont care because I still think its great, if you have a specific question just PM me.

I had always heard that some women can have a foul odor and never expierenced it until last August when a friend of mine and I were messing around. When she was on my bed, I began fingering her and within a minute or two, I could smell the scent and that was enough to let her orgasm and call it a day.

Was it really, really fishy?

Usually, the rotting-fish or other foul odors from a woman who practices good hygiene is due to one of several fairly common infections. You were right to get out, especially if you don't use safer-sex practices because a lot of them can be transmitted through sex. If you ever encounter it again, you might want to *gently* encourage her to see her doctor.

I don't remember the exact scent but it wasn't pleasent. How would you even go about telling a girl that she should go to the doctor and have it checked out?

It'd depend on the situation and relationship, but something generic for a FWB/FB-type situation (after sex, of course) would be:

"While we were fooling around, I noticed a very distinctive scent. It's not a big deal and I wouldn't mention it otherwise, but it seemed familiar; I recalled a previous partner had something similiar and told me she had a common infection after she went to the doctor. Apparently these things can kinda lie dormant and flare up every now and then, until they're treated. So, maybe it's worth checking out." Reassuring :)

In the interest of her feelings and health, I think little fibs in this kind of situation are fine. It's a delicate situation, and anything that will make her feel less uncomfortable, alone, or like a stinky freak is good.

At any rate, I don't think most women would be offended by a sensitive approach like that. I'm extremely sensitive and self-conscious on this issue, and after an initial bout of embarassment, I'd really appreciate my partner's courage and willingness to put my welfare over their comfort. I'd also get it checked right away (or be more conscious about hygiene if the doc said everything was fine) because I've heard nothing but good things about my scent and taste in the past, and wouldn't want to continue to subject them or anyone else to it in the future. Most are going to hold it together and react to your comments maturely.

I just LOVE my woman's smell (and taste) no matter when it is... end of the day, in the morning before she showers, in the morning when we've had sex the night before and she hasn't showered yet... It's ALL good. :)

considering that smell usually comes along with other activities, how can you not love it?? haha

A good rule of thumb, so to speak, if it smells like cologne, leave it alone. If it smells like fish, eat all you wish.
