I did once, while driving an unmarked car. And what do you know ? I was confronted by a fucking Lt. from another division who just happened to be in the neighborhood. But it was all good. I didn't get in trouble and he said nothing to my rank.

To both Purple Haze & Mistress:
I can't say that I have. Considering that I often wore my hair long and hardly smiled (though I joked alot), I look like a Puerto Rican or Cuban refugee on both my police and City employee I.D. Once I put my shades on (and this still applies to today) and stand with my arms folded, I have that natural, yet typical, police look. So I made a poor undercover.
