I totally understand. Dallas fans are a fickle lot. I despise the Cowboys (or specifically, Jerry Jones), am neutral to the Mavs, but totallysome Stars hockey.
I once went to a Stars game in the AA center (I wangled seats in the Coca Cola box!). My and my bestie wore our Wings Jerseys. The Wings crushed the Stars. Best part of the game was 3rd period when Bootland put several beat-downs on Ott.
We got a bunch of shit going in, not so much coming out.
Good times, good times....

I try to go to all of the games the Wings and the Stars play at the AAC. They're my two fave teams, so either way I win!

LOL Lind....touche ! I'm sure that any city's hockey fans can be just as ardent in their support of their team....PA fans just seem to have a certain, shall we say, unbridled animosity towards the opposing fans. lol
I believe you about PA folks being very friendly as well...have quite a few friends from PA that would (and have in some cases) give me the shirt off of their backs.
(and for the record, I have seen some VERY stupid Caps fans in my years of going to games at both the old Cap Centre and the Verizon Center, believe me )
