Publishing issues on German page

Dear Lit-Team

I love your platform, but I'm currently facing an issue. It would be great, if you could help.

I've put a story in the approval process on November 21. Since then nothing happened. Meanwhile I have three stories waiting to be released.
In the 'new stories' section only 1 or 2 Stories are currently published on a daily basis on Lit (German Page). It's not the first time that there are issues for German stories, as I was facing twice a situation, that no new stories have been released in the 'new story' section for almost a week but afterwards the entire backlog.
