Publishing error

I recently did some edits to Casey's Fall and something went wrong with Chapter 3 when it went through. It has come up as "new" and lost its previous ratings and comments. I edited all of the other chapters as well with "EDITED" in the title and they all updated fine. It was just Ch 3. Has anyone else had this happen and know if it's fixable, or are the previous ratings and comments gone forever now? I notice a couple of 1 and 2 star votes on it already now, which may indicate readers assume it to be new but are then disappointed when they realise they've read it already. Either that or they're reading it out of context so it doesn't make sense to them. On the plus side, I have picked up several new followers.

I tried messaging Laurel but so far no response. I expect they're busy though. Are there any other admins who can take care of this or is a PM to Laurel the only way? Thanks!

If it's come up as new, what's happened to the old version? That's odd. It must have been handled as a story deletion, not an Edit, in which case the prior scores etc will most likely be gone forever.

Bugger. I definitely had "EDITED" in the title. I triple checked all of them to make sure after I uploaded them. I have no idea how this happened. Hopefully it's recoverable.

this is to edit a story but you should be able to send in the issue you had and see if its possible to restore the original settings back to what it was? Maybe try this and I hope you can get it fixed.
