Does anyone know of publishers who accept poetry..i have finished a book of cowboy/rodeo poetry and also have been working on erotica..I'd love to have them published..does anyone know of a company currently accepting submissions?

You need to get a copy of the Poet's Market 2001
It gives detailed lists of over 1800 publishers
contact info, the level of poetry they accept
examples of previous submissions
comes out every year so make sure you get the 2001 edition
in most bookstores or order online
