Simple question, what time do the daily publications happen? I am assuming they all upload at a certain time in a batch for the stories approved the previous day.

Is that right?

It's around 1-1:30 am Eastern US time. When the clocks shift for DST, it'll go forward an hour to 2-2:30.

It's a batch process, so depending on how many entries for the day, and where your story is in the queue, it could go live later.

Around 7-7.30 am Central European Time.
You are assuming that the time zone of which you speak is on standard time and not during daylight savings time, or as is practiced in some countries closing time, sometimes referred to as last call for alcohol time, i.e. one more for the road time, or in Berlin (Irving) Supper Time. Where I live where the clocks run backwards, known as Alice time, new stories are posted c. 2 a.m. except when the moon is waxing gibbous, or is it waning crescent, and suddenly a Fetish story crops up under the Mature or Loving Wives category and another writer is 1-bombed to oblivion.

How long have you been waiting to tell a time joke?

10 pm west coast time in US. When the next daylight savings comes, it's 11 pm.

I remember many years ago, there were stories posted at night, and then stories posted again the next morning, which was frustrating because it didn't give everyone a fair chance.
