Is this supported by Lit? Is it an automated mailshot which is sent to every Lit author? Or is it only sent to select authors (I hope so for my ego's sake :-D). Anyone else got one of these?

Feel special, because I didn't get one = ) I have read a couple of threads in which people were asking about the same thing, not having any idea what this was. I don't know either but I think I saw an answer or something like it on one of the boards...it may have been this one...I'm sorry, I'd been up for like 48 hrs with no sleep and was sort of seeing things by then = )

EGO is NOT supported by Literotica and right now Laurel is doing all she can to find out who is spamming the Lit authors and possibly taking stories without permission. Personally, I would urge you NOT to allow these people anywhere near your work.

I wondered if my ego should feel bruised - I like Chicklet have not recieved one of these mails.

Then I visited the site - YUK the dumbo's either can't spell or are too tight to invest in a proper English Keyboard - Geterosexual - enough said. By some of the wierd numbers and letters, that I could see along the bottom of the page I reckon it is one of these Russian scams. Was winning the Cold War worth the agro?

It's a form. They sent me the exact same, but with my pen name and stories. Lots of other Literotica authors got them. Laurel said something about all of these somewhere on the board, but I can't find it, now. Nudemodel

I got the same e-mail, tho with my name & story titles. I e-mailed them with a ? and never heard back. I think this may have been closed down, because the links in the e-mail no longer function.
